Health is wealth is a common phrase that we have grown up listening to. To take care of this precious asset it is important to understand that it requires care and information. We need to focus on finding ways that lead us to a healthy life. Physical health can be improved by adding a good, healthy, and balanced diet in our life along with some physical activities.

Physical health has two aspects

  1. What we eat, i.e. Input
  2. How we use our input

What is healthy eating?

Being healthy refers to being strong, having a decent amount of gut health, and the body should be full of energy. This has a direct impact on physical health.

1.  Fuel your body

To get a healthy body, you should fuel your body appropriately. We need the energy to perform daily activities. A healthy diet is one that has the required amount of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. This could fly off various diseases and also results in a good immune system.

Make sure your body is getting all the fuels. You can also add healthy vitamins & supplements to make sure that you are not running out of nutrients.

2.  Stay Hydrated

Staying hydrated means having a subsequent amount of water/liquids (less sugar). It is advised to have 8-10 glasses of water every day. Electrolytes also help the body to remain hydrated and energized. Make sure to have enough drinks to boost your immune system. Water is responsible for carrying nutrients to various parts of the body. Stay hydrated.

3.  Antioxidants

Antioxidants prevent cell damage. They are both natural and artificial. Oxidative stress increases the risks of heart diseases, immune deficiency, and other inflammatory diseases. Make sure to have best natural antioxidant rich diet. Add colourful vegetables as your daily intake. You can also add supplements in addition to your food. These help to neutralize radicals in the body and boost overall health.

How to activate body

1. Exercise   

To maintain a strong, healthy, and high-energy body, it is important to exercise. There are various options such as a combination of cardio-type exercise, yoga, stretching, etc. It’s important to be active at least for a span of 30 minutes, daily. Healthy movement includes walking, running, swimming, sports, dancing, or, any other physical activity you enjoy.

2. Go for a walk   

Take out time to go for a walk. This not only moves our body but also helps to clear the mind. When you walk, you carry your own weight, this is good physical exercise. You also explore things that are an add-on.

3. Sleep

A good sleep recharges the body. Make sure to have 6-8 hours of sleep daily. This results in gained energy levels the following day. Sleep deprivation can result in stress, obesity, diabetes, and other illnesses.
